GTA 6 Cars and Vehicles: Confirmed Vehicles So Far

GTA 6 is bringing the biggest vehicle roster the series has ever launched with. Rockstar has not published an official vehicle count, but trackers going through the official trailers, screenshots and preview footage frame by frame have already identified more than 200 distinct vehicles: sports cars, muscle cars, trucks, motorcycles, boats, planes, helicopters and police units. Leonida also gets vehicle types no GTA game has had before, built for its swamps and coastline. This page tracks every GTA 6 car and vehicle confirmed so far, and separates what Rockstar has actually shown from what is still rumour.
Almost everything below was spotted in the two trailers and the official Extended Look footage. Our GTA 6 launch trailer breakdown covers the biggest trailer moments shot by shot.
How Many Cars Are in GTA 6? The Count Explained
There is no official number. Rockstar has never published a GTA 6 vehicle roster, so every count you see online is a fan tally, and the tallies disagree because each tracker counts differently. Lists that stick to named models in official material land just over 200. Lists that also count variants, background vehicles and leaked footage climb towards 260. Both can be honest at the same time; they are simply not counting the same thing.
What is certain is the spread. Every major class from GTA 5 returns, and the roster is still growing: a batch of screenshots released with the pre-order information in June 2026 added another 12 cars and motorbikes to the trackers’ lists. Expect the final number at the GTA 6 launch on November 19, 2026 to be higher than anything spotted so far.
Jason’s Car in GTA 6: The Vapid Creado
The most important vehicle in GTA 6 so far is Jason’s own ride: the Vapid Creado, a light blue coupe utility in the style of a classic Ford Ranchero. Jason drives the Creado in the prison pickup scene in the first trailer, where he collects Lucia on her release, and it appears again through the second trailer. Rockstar put it on the game’s key art, with Jason and Lucia sitting on the hood, which makes the Creado the closest thing GTA 6 has to a signature car.
Lucia gets her own standout moment in the first trailer, standing up through the sunroof of a Pegassi Zorrusso supercar as it cruises the strip. Between them, the two scenes set the tone for the whole roster: working-class Leonida wheels on one side, Vice City excess on the other.
GTA 6 Sports Cars and Supercars Confirmed So Far
The high end of the roster mixes returning favourites with new models:
- Pegassi Zorrusso: the supercar Lucia rides through the sunroof of in the first trailer
- Pegassi Tempesta: returning supercar, also seen being towed in Vice City
- Pfister Comet S2 Cabrio and Pfister Growler: returning sports cars
- Bravado Banshee: the series staple, back again
- Progen Itali RSX and Grotti Cheetah Classic: returning top-end sports models
- Coquette D10 and 8F Drafter: modern sports cars returning from GTA Online
None of these are licensed real cars. Rockstar’s fictional brands parody real manufacturers, so the Zorrusso echoes Lamborghini and Italdesign styling without being either.
Muscle Cars, Trucks and SUVs in GTA 6
Leonida is truck country, and the confirmed list reflects it:
- Bravado Gauntlet Hellfire: the modern muscle flagship, returning
- Declasse Tulip: classic muscle, redesigned for GTA 6
- Vapid Bobcat XL: pickup seen towing a motorboat on a trailer in the opening shot of the first trailer
- Vapid Caracara 4×4: off-road pickup driven by Brian Heder in the second trailer
- Declasse Granger 3600LX: full-size SUV in first-trailer city traffic
- Monster truck and swamp buggy: unnamed so far, and exactly the kind of thing rural Leonida would have
GTA 6 Motorcycles and Bikes
Two-wheelers confirmed in official material include the Shitzu Bati 801 sport bike, the Sanchez dirt bike, the Western Avarus chopper, the Faggio scooter, the Manchez and the Zombie Chopper, plus Harley-style touring cruisers ridden by motorcycle gangs. At the other end of the scale, trailers also show BMX bicycles and a drivable electric mobility scooter, which is a first for the series and very Leonida.
Boats and Watercraft: Airboats, Jet Skis and Yachts
Water is where GTA 6 adds the most. The headline newcomer is the airboat: a flat-bottomed fanboat built for the Grassrivers swamps, seen in both trailers, including a police version with lightbars. Around it, confirmed watercraft include the Speedophile Seashark jet ski cruising the Vice City coastline in the second trailer, the Shitzu Squalo speedboat, the returning Dinghy and Marquis, fishing boats, kayaks, yachts in the background of both trailers, and a large cruise ship docked near Vice City.
Boats are not decoration in this game. With tiger sharks and dolphins in the water, the boat you pick matters, which is why our GTA 6 animals and wildlife guide treats the ocean as a hazard zone, not a shortcut.
Planes and Helicopters in GTA 6
The confirmed air roster is mostly familiar names: the Buckingham Maverick and its Police Maverick variant, which handles the pursuit scenes in both trailers, and the Nagasaki Buzzard Attack Chopper, which Jason pilots in the second trailer. The Sea Sparrow appears on the cover art. Fixed-wing spots include the Dodo, Duster, Mammatus and Buckingham Shamal, plus a private charter jet and a commercial seaplane towing a banner over Vice Beach in the Extended Look footage. A blimp and a Weazel News helicopter round out the skyline.
Police and Emergency Vehicles in GTA 6
Law enforcement has had a serious upgrade. Confirmed units include the Buffalo STX Pursuit and the Gauntlet Interceptor as pursuit cars, an armoured Police Riot truck, tactical trucks, surveillance and pursuit helicopters, and those lightbar-equipped police airboats for the swamps. The Extended Look footage shows a four-star chase with interceptor cruisers and tactical trucks working together, which suggests police AI uses vehicle classes properly this time: road units on land, airboats in the wetlands, helicopters overhead.
GTA 6 Ultimate Edition Vehicles
A small set of vehicles is tied to editions and pre-orders rather than the open world. Tracker lists of the Ultimate Edition contents name the Grotti Cheetah ’95 sports classic, the Vapid Dominator Buggy ’67 off-roader and a Crest Kayak among its vehicles, with the Stanier ’55 classic cruiser as a pre-order bonus. Our GTA 6 price and editions guide breaks down what each edition includes and what the cut-off dates are.
What Is Not Confirmed Yet
Three big questions have no official answer. First, the final vehicle count: Rockstar has published no roster, so any exact launch number is a guess. Second, prices: no in-game vehicle prices have been shown. Third, customisation: GTA 5 and GTA Online built a huge tuning culture around Los Santos Customs, but Rockstar has not detailed how vehicle customisation works in GTA 6, so treat any specific claims about it as unconfirmed. There is also no confirmation that vehicles transfer from your GTA Online garage.
