Tip: write the topic in the subject line, for example “Guide request: Minecraft” or “Bug: Chess on iPhone”. It helps us reply faster.

Welcome to the PlayQuestHQ contact page. This is the fastest way to reach the people who run the site, and we read every message ourselves. Most messages fall into one of the groups below. If yours does, adding the small details mentioned there helps us sort it out in one go, without a chain of follow-up emails. For anything else, use the form at the bottom of this page and tell us in your own words what you need.

You Can Write to Us About

  • Guide requests: tell us which game or topic you want us to cover.
  • Mistakes in a guide: send the page link and tell us what is wrong.
  • Game problems: tell us the game name, your device and your browser. A screenshot helps.
  • Privacy requests: ask us to show or delete the details you sent us. See our Privacy Policy.
  • Copyright: if you think we used your work without permission, send the page link and proof that you own it.
  • Business and partnerships: game studios and brands are welcome to get in touch.
  • A game that will not load or play properly: tell us the name of the game, the device you are using and what you see on screen when it goes wrong.
  • Ideas and requests: suggest a game we should add to the site, or a guide you wish existed. Requests from readers decide a lot of what we build next.

When Will We Reply?

We try to reply within 2–3 working days. Broken pages and games get fixed first. No reply yet? Please check your spam folder or write to us again.

Please Note

  • We cannot help with accounts, bans, purchases or refunds in other companies’ games. Please contact that game’s official support.
  • Never send us passwords or payment details.
  • Game scores are saved on your own device, so we cannot bring them back if you clear your browser.

Before You Write

A few common problems have quick answers that are faster than waiting for our reply:

  • A game will not start: refresh the page once. If it still fails, try a private browsing window or a second browser. Ad blockers can stop some games from loading, so pausing yours on this site is worth a try.
  • A Roblox error code is on screen: our Server Errors guides cover the most common codes with step by step fixes. Search this site for the code number, for example 267, 277 or 279, before you write to us.
  • A question about a game: every game page ends with a Good to Know section that answers the questions players ask most about that game, such as how scoring works and whether progress is saved.

Contact Questions

Can you bring back my game score or my saved picture?

No. Our games save scores, best times and finished pictures inside your own browser on your own device, and nothing is stored on our side. If browser data is cleared, or a different browser or device is used, the saved information is gone and there is no copy for us to restore.

Can I suggest a new game or a new guide?

Yes, suggestions are genuinely welcome. Tell us the name of the game or the topic of the guide, and one line about why you want it. We cannot promise a date, and we only add games that play well in a browser, but the most requested ideas are the ones we look at first.

I found a mistake in a guide. What should I send?

Send the link of the page and one line about what looks wrong. If you know the correct information, or you can add a screenshot, that speeds things up. We check every report, and confirmed mistakes are fixed and credited to nobody but our own checking, so there is no need to be polite about it: plain and direct is perfect.
