- Swap your bubble when the next color fits better.
- Every few shots without a pop adds a new row, so keep popping.
Bubble Shooter Rules and Levels
Level 1 starts with five rows and four colors. Each new level adds another row and, up to six, another color. After a few shots that pop nothing, a new row slides in from the top, so the pressure builds the longer you miss.
Bubble Shooter Rules at a Glance
Bubble Shooter is a matching game where you shoot bubbles up at a board of coloured bubbles and pop every group of three or more that share a colour. Clear the whole board to move to the next level, and stop the bubbles reaching the red dashed line near the bottom.

| Match | Three or more bubbles of one colour pop |
| Pop points | 10 points for each bubble you pop |

Bank Shots: How to Bounce Bubbles off the Walls
A bank shot bounces your bubble off a side wall so it lands behind or beside a cluster you cannot reach with a straight shot. The dotted guide line shows the path your bubble will take, including the bounce, so you can line the angle up before you shoot.
- Aim at the wall when a wall of other colours blocks the group you want.
- Follow the dotted line to check where the rebound will land.
- Bank shots reach high clusters hiding behind the front rows.
- A good bank shot can cut loose a whole hanging group, and dropped bubbles score double.
How Scoring Works in Bubble Shooter
You score 10 points for every bubble you pop, 20 points for every bubble that drops, and a 500 point bonus for clearing the whole board. Drops are worth double because a falling bubble had to be cut loose first, so the biggest scores come from removing the bubbles that hold a group up.
- Pop single groups steadily to keep new rows away.
- Target the bubbles at the top of a hanging group so everything below them falls.
- Finish the board whenever you can, because the 500 point clear bonus is the largest single prize.
- Your best score is shown beside the game, so every run is a chance to beat it.
Good to Know
How do you score points in Bubble Shooter?
You score 10 points for each bubble you pop, 20 points for each bubble that falls after being left hanging, and a 500 point bonus for clearing the whole board.
When is Bubble Shooter game over?
The game is over when the bubbles reach the red dashed line near the bottom of the screen. New rows slide in from the top after shots that pop nothing, so the stack grows closer to the line the longer you go without a pop.
Why do new rows of bubbles appear in Bubble Shooter?
New rows appear after a few shots in a row that pop nothing, and they slide in from the top to push the board down and keep the pressure on. Popping a group with your shots is the way to hold the rows back.
How do I swap my bubble in Bubble Shooter?
You swap your bubble by clicking or tapping the small next bubble beside the shooter, which trades your current colour for the next one. Swapping is worth doing when the next colour matches a group your loaded bubble cannot reach.
Can I play Bubble Shooter on my phone?
Yes, Bubble Shooter runs in the browser on phones and tablets as well as on laptops and desktop computers, with nothing to download and no sign up. On a phone you touch and drag to aim, then lift your finger to shoot.
Is my Bubble Shooter progress saved?
Your best scores are saved in your own browser on this device. Clearing your browser data will reset them.
