Roblox DOORS Candy Vault Guide: How to Complete the Quest in The Hollow

The DOORS Candy Vault quest in Roblox’s The Hollow event gives you the All-Seeking Antlers UGC, the Sweet Deceit badge, and 10 Tickets, but only if you descend all 50 levels and escape within 20 minutes, and then claim the reward back in the hub. For every Roblox guide on this site, start at our Roblox guides hub. This guide gives you the exact route, the candy rules that catch players out, and the claim step most people forget.
Do not confuse this quest with the hub maze challenge. The maze is a separate Floor 1 challenge in The Hollow hub where Seek chases you while you find five puzzle pieces for a relic. The Candy Vault is a DOORS game mode. Both pay rewards, but only the vault gives the antlers.
How to start the DOORS Candy Vault quest
- Join The Hollow Event Hub on Roblox (check the creator is Roblox Presents). Do not start from inside DOORS directly.
- Walk into the first portal in the hub. It teleports you into DOORS.
- Inside DOORS, click Host Game and select The Candy Vault Floor as your stage.
- Any other DOORS floor does not count toward the event challenge.
After the opening scenes in Sir Abraham Creakstopher II’s estate, you enter the vault with one objective: get down 50 levels and out before the 20-minute timer expires. The vault self-destructs at 20 minutes, so a slow run is a failed run even if you survive.
DOORS Candy Vault walkthrough: the 50-level run
The route rule is simple: always move toward the next numbered door. Side rooms can hold candy, but every detour costs timer, and the timer is the real boss of this quest.
- Move fast from door to door. Do not clear every room on your first attempt.
- Search drawers, chests, and shelves as you pass them for candy and keys, but never backtrack for a single candy.
- Watch the door numbers so you know how far down you are. If the numbers stop advancing, you have wandered into a side loop.
- At the final large cauldron room, cross to the far side and escape with your team.
- Return to The Hollow hub and claim the antlers (see the claim section below).
Playing with friends helps: one player can watch for danger while the others push forward, and the group moves faster than a solo player checking every corner. A full completion with friends also pays a bonus on Candy Coins, which matters for the event pass.
Candy rules: what to eat and what to throw in the cauldron
Candy is the vault’s trap and its treasure at the same time. Some candies help you, and some damage your health. The safe rule:
- Eat candy you know is safe and keep moving. Small boosts add up over 50 levels.
- Put candy you do not want into the cauldron instead of eating everything you find. Eating a bad candy can cost you the run.
- Trade candy at RIP terminals for buffs when you get the chance. Buffs beat random eating every time.
- On your first run, skip farming entirely. Speed-run to the exit, secure the badge and antlers, and farm candy on later runs when the timer no longer threatens your reward.
Candy Coins are the separate event currency you earn from candies found during runs. A full 50-floor escape pays a 3x multiplier on your coins, while incomplete runs pay far less. That is another reason to finish first and farm second.
Entities to watch: Abe, Lookman, and the deeper floors
Difficulty rises floor by floor, and new entities appear as you descend. Two threats matter most:
- Abe (Creakstopher): he sneaks up behind your group. Keep one player watching behind while the others move, especially in long corridors.
- Lookman and other entities: keep your head down, use closets and hiding spots the way normal DOORS teaches you, and never stand still in an open room arguing about the route.
If your team wipes, you can retry. The quest has no entry limit announced, so a failed run costs time, not the reward. Retry immediately while the route is fresh in your mind.
DOORS Candy Vault rewards and how to claim them
| Reward | How you get it |
|---|---|
| Sweet Deceit badge | Escape the vault within 20 minutes |
| All-Seeking Antlers UGC | Claim at the hub display after escaping |
| 10 Tickets | Paid with the badge, spent in the hub shop |
The claim step is separate from the escape. After your run, go back to The Hollow hub, find the All-Seeking Antlers display on the left, and press E on it. If the claim stays locked, check that the Sweet Deceit badge is on the same account, rejoin the hub, and check again. A normal DOORS badge is not the event completion: the official event badge is Sweet Deceit.
DOORS Halloween Event Pass: Candy Coin skins
Candy Coins buy permanent item skins through the DOORS Halloween Event Pass. Reported prices:
| Item skin | Candy Coins |
|---|---|
| Lighter skin | 300 |
| Battery Pack skin | 350 |
| Lantern skin | 400 |
| Gold Blaster skin | 450 |
| Flashlight skin | 500 |
| Scanner skin | 500 |
| Crucifix skin | 550 |
Completing the full pass before Halloween reportedly unlocks an additional mystery buddy reward. Farm coins on repeat runs after your badge is secured, when the 3x escape multiplier makes every run pay far more.
Mistakes that fail the Candy Vault run
- Playing a normal DOORS floor: only The Candy Vault Floor counts. A Hotel run, however good, earns nothing toward the event.
- Farming on the first run: detours eat the 20-minute timer. Finish first, farm later.
- Eating every candy: bad candies damage your health. Cauldron the ones you do not trust.
- Forgetting the hub claim: the antlers are not automatic. No hub claim, no accessory.
- Confusing the maze with the vault: the Floor 1 maze with Seek pays a different reward (a shoulder BLOXikin), not the antlers.
The Candy Vault is one quest inside the wider event. For every other free reward, the deadlines, and the full nine-monster roster, see our The Hollow free rewards guide, and remember that all Hollow claims close at noon Pacific on November 2.
